Terms AND CONDITIONS

Party Bookings

  • A $50 non-refundable but transferable security deposit is required for all party bookings.
  • Guest List to be provided 36 hours prior to party date. The number confirmed on guest list will be the number of children you will be charged for.
  • All party extras to be confirmed 36hours prior to party date.
  • All parties are prepaid and must be paid in full 36hours prior to party date.
  • Start and finish times are strict.
  • Westgate Indoor Sports and Playhut Pty Ltd reserve the right to accept another booking for the same time.
  • Westgate Indoor Sports and Playhut Pty Ltd require parents to be fully responsible for the action, safety and supervision of their children.
  • Westgate Indoor Sports and Playhut Pty Ltd will endeavour to take all necessary means for the safety of all children, but will NOT take responsibility of children who do not abide by the instructors/ centres policies and requests.
  • By signing this agreement the above named host agrees that as an indoor party and play centre, injuries are common and may occur. In any case all staff & Westgate Indoor Sports and Playhut Pty Ltd will not be held responsible or liable for any form of injury or accident that may occur.
  • Your 2 hour party will consist of table setting, party food, lolly bags, unless otherwise required.
  • All special food requirements MUST be noted when making this booking.
  • When supplying own food, the party host making this booking is responsible for their own food prepared outside this venue and served to their guests.
  • Under no circumstance will we cook, reheat or prepare any food from outside the premises.
  • Westgate Indoor Sports and Playhut will not be responsible or liable for any outside food bought into the centre which may cause illness due to contamination.
  • If this form cannot be signed in person acknowledgment of terms will be done by credit card payment over the phone.
  • Any special offers or discounts MUST be provided to a staff member at time of booking to be valid.
  • Westgate Indoor Sports and Playhut do not allow use of any cooking or heating equipment such as bain maries during a standard booking.

Private Hire

  • The conditions of this contract is that the undersigned is making a private hire of Playhut only and is totally responsible for that function including all guests, staff, equipment and quality of food served to guests.
  • A $100 non-refundable but transferable security deposit is required for all private functions.
  • A $150 security bond and credit card details are required for all private functions. This is refundable once a full inspection is completed to a satisfactory standard. Please note charges of damages and extended hours will be charged to the card.
  • Any additional tables and chairs will incur a fee of $20 each.
  • Your standard 4 hour function will consist of 8 trestle tables, up to 50 chairs and table clothes to be set up and used as required by host.
  • Playhut start and finish times are strict. Any additional hours will be charged at the rate of $50 per half hour.
  • All Private functions are prepaid and must be paid in full 36 hours prior to function date.
  • Supervision of children is the responsibility of the host. Adult supervision is required at ALL times.
  • No food or drink is permitted on play equipment at any time.
  • No alcohol is permitted on premises at any time.
  • Playhut Pty Ltd is not responsible for injuries/ accidents that occur during private functions.
  • All contracts must be signed 36 hours prior to party date.
  • Any cancellations must be made 36 hours prior to party date.
  • Full access to fridge, freezers and ovens upon request with the condition they are left clean and tidy.
  • The host of the function will be required to ensure that all rubbish is placed in bins provided.
  • Westgate Indoor Sports and Playhut will be responsible for all cleaning of the Playhut including the removal of rubbish; this does NOT include the kitchen area.
  • Westgate Indoor Sports and Playhut will not be responsible for any food or food service provided by the host that may be contaminated, causing illness to others. It is the host's responsibility to provide and serve food that can be safely consumed by its patrons.
  • By signing this agreement the above named host agrees that as an indoor party and play centre, injuries are common and may occur. In any case all staff & Westgate Indoor Sports and Playhut Pty Ltd will not be held responsible or liable for any form of injury or accident that may occur.
  • Any special offers or discounts MUST be provided to a staff member at time of booking to be valid.
  • If you require time to set up for your function this time will be deducted from your 4hour booking.
